Welcome to dive deep within in this full board retreat! Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful method of self-exploration, which helps us to connect more deeply with our inner healing wisdom. During the retreat you can surrender to your inner process with your own pace and style in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.
This retreat is a great opportunity to explore the method in-depth, since there will be altogether 4 breathwork sessions, in which each participant will be breathing in two and sitting in two. On thursday we land together at the venue, meet the group and prepare for the inner journeys. Both on friday and saturday there will be two breathing sessions. During the whole retreat we will provide good tools for integration and especially on sunday we will deepen the integration process. Because the double breathwork can sometimes open quite deep layers of psyche, you can support the overall process scheduling as easy days as possible for wednesday before the retreat and monday after the retreat.
Retreat is held in Ystävyyden Majatalo (Kalkkilantie 74, 25110 Kruusila, https://ystavyydenmajatalo.fi). The venue is in the middle of Turku and Helsinki and you can reach it by bus from both directions.
Food and accommodation are paid separately when arriving at the venue. Along with tasty vegetarian food there will be snacks and tea/coffee during the whole weekend. Accommodations are in private rooms. In the peaceful surroundings of Ystävyyden Majatalo there is also the possibility for sauna and swimming in a lake.
No previous experience of Holotropic Breathwork is required. We will use english and/or finnish, depending on the language of the participants. Translation is provided if needed.
