Begin your year with depth, connection, and transformation.

In the heart of the Finnish winter — a time of deep stillness and introspection — we invite you to step into expanded states of consciousness through two full holotropic breathwork sessions.

It's a warm invitation to open up for new connections:

• Between the old and the new

• Between what’s known and what wants to emerge

• Between your inner world and a shared field of healing

Amidst the snow and silence, in the land of dayless days, we gather in a circle to breathe, feel, and reflect. The darkness of the North holds a unique kind of light — one that is found within.

With skilled facilitation, a compassionate container, and a powerful community, this weekend offers an opportunity of two holotropic sessions and two sitting experiences per participant, allowing deep connection to the inner healing wisdom.

Whether this is your first time with Holotropic Breathwork or you have participated before, this event offers an opportunity to pause and explore yourself—to listen, to see, and to experience more deeply what is moving within you in a safe and non-judgemental space.

This full-board retreat takes place in the charming seaside town of Tammisaari, at the Knipnäs Wellbeing Center (Linnunlaulu 1, 10650 Tammisaari – https://knipnas.fi). The price includes delicious vegetarian meals, sauna, and accommodation in a shared room (a private room is available for an additional €90). Knipnäs is easily accessible: 90 km from Helsinki and 120 km from Turku. You can arrive by car — with plenty of free parking on site — or by public transport. The train station is less than 2 km away, with trains from Helsinki and Turku taking under 1.5 hours. We can arrange pickup from the station if needed.

If you are traveling from abroad, just be in contact if you need help with finding accommodation and transportation.

No previous experience in breathwork is required for the retreat. We will speak Finnish and/or English during the retreat, depending on the language skills of the participants. We can provide translation if needed.

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful method of self-exploration, which helps us to connect more deeply with our inner healing wisdom. During the retreat you can surrender to your inner process with your own pace and style in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space. The method consists of different therapeutic elements, such as specific kinds of music to support the inner process, intensified breathing, bodywork and emotional work, another person's compassionate presence, group process and different kinds of preparing and integration supporting practices.
