HOLOTROPIC FRIEND - Discount:
Inspire a friend to join you to our Autumn 2024 events and you will both receive a €50 discount on the participation fee (valid for all price categories).
In the registration form, write your friend’s name + code "Holotropic Friend" in the additional information section. Instruct your friend to do the same when they register for the event.
If you've already registered for an event, you can email your friend’s details to us!
RETREAT GIFT CARD - Raffle:
Share about your Holotropic experience with us to help us create more awareness about the method. We will raffle a €100 retreat gift card among those who contribute by sharing!

You can share your experience in as much detail as wanted on topics such as:

A description of your Holotropic journey, breathing experience, or a single breathwork session

What Holotropic Breathwork has meant to you, how it has impacted your life, what benefits you may have gained

A picture of your mandala, how it related to your breathing experience, and what it has meant to you

Volunteer to be interviewed for a "customer experience" video
Send your descriptions/volunteer nominations to us by December 20, 2024 via the form below or by email to info@holotropic.fi with the subject "Holotropic journey".
The winner of the raffle will be personally notified before the end of the year. The €100 gift card can be used for any of our 2025 events.
