Welcome to a deep holotropic dive in Jyväskylä! This spring, we’ll gather monthly with the same group for three Holotropic Breathwork sessions. The continuity of the group can deepen the sense of safety and the transformational process itself.
We primarily welcome participants who can commit to all three sessions. The group will consist of a maximum of 10 people. If a session is not fully booked, we will open up spots for those interested in attending one or two sessions, one month prior to each event. The breathwork journeys will be held on Saturdays, with two sessions each day. Participants will breathe in one session and serve as a sitter in the other. The day also includes tools for integration and practical tips on how to continue the process in everyday life.
During the first weekend, we will also meet on Friday evening to explore the method and get to know the group. After the final breathwork sessions, we will gather on Sunday to focus on integration and to close the shared process.
No previous experience in breathwork is required for the event. The price includes snacks and tea/coffee. We recommend also having a proper meal during the breathwork day, which you can either bring with you or order on site. Accommodation is not included in the event.
Holotropic Breathwork is a profound method of self-exploration that strengthens the connection to your inner wisdom. During the breathwork sessions, you are invited to surrender to your own inner process in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space—entirely at your own pace and in your own style. The method combines various therapeutic elements, such as evocative music, intensified breathing, body and emotional work, compassionate presence and support from another person, group dynamics, and preparatory and integration practices.
