About Trance Dance

Trance Dance is an intuitive expression that merges body movement, powerful rhythms, transformational breathing techniques, and the use of a blindfold or bandana to induce expanded states of consciousness that promote healing, mental clarity, emotional well-being and spiritual awakening. Trance Dance is carried out with eyes closed to direct inside all the light that we normally spend looking outside through our eyes. It is an internal journey and an oportunity to learn better the language of your inner world. It consists in three phases: preparation, session and integration. We begin with an opening circle to give you the background of Trance Dance, its history, its origins, and we answer to your questions (preparation). We continue with some group dynamics and the Trance Dance (session) and we finish painting and sharing our experiences in the closing circle (integration).
